Privacy

Our current service

Telugu Chitram is a public Telugu-cinema publication and database. We do not currently offer reader accounts, comments, payments, newsletters, or contact forms. We do not use an analytics service, an advertising network, or first-party tracking cookies.

Information handled when you visit

Our hosting and web-server systems receive ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, request time and path, browser or device information, referring page, and response status. We use it for security, troubleshooting, reliability, and abuse prevention—not to build advertising profiles.

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a separate request to Google. Google handles that request under its own privacy terms.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and standard message headers. We use that information to reply and to handle corrections, rights questions, takedown requests, safety reports, and other publication matters. Please do not send sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.

Service providers

We use Amazon Web Services for hosting, Google Fonts for typeface delivery, and Squarespace-managed email forwarding to a Google-hosted mailbox for support. These providers process only the information needed to provide their part of the service and apply their own privacy terms.

Retention and disclosure

We keep operational logs and support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, responding to you, preserving publication records, or meeting legal and rights obligations. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the site or others, or to vendors working on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

Public editorial records

Stories and cinema records may describe public events, works, companies, and people using attributed sources. To request a factual correction or raise a privacy, image-rights, or takedown concern, contact us and identify the exact page and issue.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information you sent us, request a correction or deletion, or object to how it is used. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, or publication-integrity reasons. External links are governed by the destination site's privacy practices.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review it.
