Ranabaali sets October 16 as Vijay Deverakonda-Rashmika period epic builds buzz

Ranabaali, starring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on October 16 around the Dasara holiday.

Director Rahul Sankrityan has set the film between 1854 and 1878 during British rule, drawing on historical events for its period story. The source announcement launched the film's September teaser campaign without disclosing plot details.

Mythri Movie Makers producers Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar are making the film with T-Series presenting. The credited cast also includes Arnold Vosloo, with music by Ajay-Atul and cinematography by Nirav Shah and Jishnu Bhattacharjee.
